For the money it's a good deal. Lap pool, kids pool with slide, weights, machines, and so much more. The staff is not the friendliest but there is rarely a need to deal with them, you can just scan in and go. The locker rooms are very clean with lots of lockers.

I go there with my aunt and my mom and my cousin to workouts and stuff. And i went there for my play of Beauty and the beast musical.
It was a lot fun.Added March 02, 2017 by gonzaga toxicity - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆
We were in town for Thanksgiving and took my 3-year-old daughter. We knew it was expensive (more than the Seattle-area rec centers). My husband and daughter got there first and paid their $21 to get in. I was told I had to pay another $3 to walk into the pool area to watch and be available to help with my daughter. I'm not a cheapskate but this just feels rude. The woman told me it was because they needed to keep track of who was coming and going (?!?).
I reiterated that I didn't want to swim and was told that I could sit in a waiting area that had two (already occupied) chairs in it and an enormous Christmas tree taking up the rest of the space.
They have an absolutely amazing facility but it would be great if their staff could better support families wanting to use it. My brother (who lives in town) has had a similar experience. I fee nickel and fined every time I walk through the door and it spoils the fun.Added October 20, 2016 by Sarah Garrison - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
They gave me a scholarship membership due to myincome level, I still pay but a much lower rate, clean facility, nice knowledgeable instructors and a plethora of classes on multitude of topics. Also a nice church service is held Sunday's.

I love the Kroc Center. Great facilities and private bathrooms. Super staff. Great price per month because I am there 4-5 times a week. Drop in or one time rates are steep but it helps with crowding. I go first thing in the morning usually. If you have a problem I would suggest calmly talking to the management.
