  Take Note there are two types of Presbyterian churches. PCA, and PCUSA. This "church" is PCUSA. I checked the website before going and nothing was mentioned, the do not advertise their affiliation.
  
  The sermon feel like a self help session. In fact, during a 95 minute service scripture was only mentioned twice. The message I got was, 'everything is ok if you sin because Jesus died for that'. It felt more like self help than church. The speaker gave his own definition of sin, and never once did it mention God! On a sermon on sin the 'pastor' spoke about sin like it was a joke and not a big deal at all if you do it.
  To which I would reply-
  " What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? " Romans 6:1-2
  
  As a Christian who professes Jesus as my Lord and Savor foremost above anything else in my life, I find it saddening to see churches like this with doctrine that picks and chooses what it wants from God's Word and I would warn anyone who would visit.

  Over the past few years the Church has undergone a re awaking.
  The historic sanctuary has just had a face-lift.
  The sermons are Bible based with real life principles applied.
  
  This is not your typical Presbyterian Church.
  
  I highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself.
